Cherykoff Nougat is a Macao specialty food which is said to be originated from Russia.

Old Cherykoff Macau is a shop which has been making nougats in Macao in early years, with a dedication to the production and internationalization of Macao’s specialty souvenirs. The signature Original Nougat has ingredients including whole fat milk, peanuts and egg white. Sweet, milky and very chewy, it gives out a longstanding aftertaste with the big peanut chunks under the wrapping. Varieties such as Chocolate Nougat, which features rich Swiss chocolate, and Mango and Crispy Rice Nougat, which has crispy rice that brings crispness to the softness, have been introduced since the 90s. There is also Low Sugar Original Nougat, which suits those who love tasting sweetness but are wary of sugar.

The Cantonese preserved fruits offered by Old Cherykoff Macau use selected ingredients in uniform sizes. Preservation gives the fruits an enhancement to their original aromas, tastes and appearances. They are now renowned and sold both locally and overseas.
