Lemoncello is an original Macao brand. Its name carries the meaning of “playing sweet music with fresh fruits”. Different from Italian gelatos, “low fat” and “innovative” are the two main characteristics of the ice creams offered by the shop. The main product lines, fruit ice cream and milk ice cream are available in over a hundred varieties, including lemon, grapefruit, black mango, and other innovative flavours.

The signature Lemoncello uses the juice of fresh lemons, which is to be mixed with water, sugar, and secret recipe products in a prescribed ratio before being fine-blended in an ice-cream maker. The resulting ice cream is snowy white like milk and has a tasty sweet and sour flavour. The Milk Ice Cream of Lemoncello has a comparatively refreshing sweetness. Its production process uses less egg yolk, cream and stabilizer in comparison with traditional Italian gelatos. It has a refreshing taste without having too much sweetness and milk flavour and is available in various appearances. New elements have now been introduced, such as ice cream cakes, ice cream mooncakes, and strongly-flavoured drinks such as whisky and coffee.
