Organized by Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), this large-scale gastronomic event is held in collaboration with multiple cities of Gastronomy of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) featuring food stalls, culinary demonstrations, and gastronomy forum with the goal of creating a prestigious and exceptional feast. Through gourmet as a universal language connecting Macao and the world, you may experience Macao’s unique culinary culture and the captivating charm as a Creative City of Gastronomy.

International Gastronomy Promenade
The cities of Gastronomy in China and Asia presenting their distinctive delicacies in the scale of approx. 100 food stalls. There is also a dining area, a game area, a marina bar area and scheduled performances, creating a unique and large-scale cultural gastronomy event that fully highlights the charm of a “Creative City of Gastronomy”.

City of Gastronomy Showcase
Worldwide renowned chefs from Creative Cities of Gastronomy are invited to conduct approximately 60 culinary demonstrations, sharing culinary skills and knowledge of gastronomic culture. Visitors and residents are welcome to have a look at the culinary style of the talented chefs up close and have a taste of the unique flavors of each city.

International Gastronomy Forum, Macao
Representatives from the Creative Cities of Gastronomy worldwide, food and beverage professionals, representatives of member cities of the network in other areas in Mainland China, and members of integrated resorts all gather at the forum for in-depth discussion on the collaborative development in the field of gastronomy across different sectors. It serves as a platform for interaction between the cities of Gastronomy and the food and beverage industry.
