This restaurant is named after its signature stew, which sees a chicken wrapped in pork tripe. This health-preserving stew originated from the imperial kitchen of the Qing Dynasty 300 years ago. Simmering the wrapped chicken in boiling soup results in tender and aromatic meat along with a thick and tasty soup. Served with a pinch of fresh pepper, it is not only an appetite raiser, but also a prelude to the dishes menu of the restaurant!

This restaurant offers a wide-ranging menu from fine stir-fried dishes, hotpot and Sichuan-style water-boiled dishes to cold dishes and sashimi. With plentiful portion sizes and reasonable prices, these tasty dishes have got a thumb’s up from every customer.
