It is the only Cantonese opera tea house remaining in Macao as its owner, Ms. Chan, is committed to preserving the culture of Cantonese operatic singing in Macao. The recipes of its dim sum, such as lotus seed paste puff and jumbo steamed chicken bun, have remained unchanged for decades.
