Hotpot is a part of the Cantonese art of dining. At Estabelecimento Comidas Yu Long, the rich and aromatic pork bone soup base takes the centre stage. Our pork bone and chicken feet soup stock, which is rich in collagen, is prepared with low heat by ourselves.
